The Expert Firm provides tax consultation, accounting, bookkeeping, company formation, and related financial advisory services to individuals and businesses in Pakistan and the United Kingdom. Engagement of services is subject to a separate service agreement between the client and The Expert Firm.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

Infringe the rights of any third party
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website

3. Consultation Form

Submitting our consultation form does not constitute a formal engagement of services. It is an expression of interest only. A formal engagement begins only upon written confirmation from The Expert Firm.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the intellectual property of The Expert Firm. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Expert Firm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein. All information is provided for general guidance only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For clients based in the United Kingdom, applicable UK laws and regulations also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Affiliate Program & Commission

The Expert Firm operates an affiliate program whereby approved affiliates earn a commission on successful course registrations they refer. By participating in the affiliate program you agree to the following terms:

An affiliate earns a commission of 20% of the actual amount paid by the referred registrant at the time of enrolment — not the listed course price.
Commission is calculated on the final closed amount. For example, if a course is listed at PKR 15,000 but closed at PKR 8,000, the affiliate earns 20% of PKR 8,000 (PKR 1,600). If closed at PKR 12,000, the affiliate earns 20% of PKR 12,000 (PKR 2,400).
Commission is only payable once the referred registrant has made full payment and their enrolment is confirmed by The Expert Firm.
Affiliates must provide their correct bank account details to receive commission payouts. The Expert Firm is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect information.
Commission payouts are processed within 7 working days of the referred registrant's payment confirmation.
The Expert Firm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or commission structure at any time with prior notice.
Any attempt to manipulate referrals, submit fraudulent registrations, or misrepresent The Expert Firm will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
